When booking with Elite Veterinary Care, you are likely experiencing delays of one to two weeks before the next available appointment. That can be a nightmare if you need urgent care.**
Elite Veterinary Care now offers concierge services - a membership offered to qualified clients who want priority booking and support. This service designed is service to reduce the stress and fear that may arise when you need veterinary advice and services right away. By signing up to become a concierge member, you’ll be treated as a priority client with immediate response times, faster booking, and more hands-on care.
**The term “urgent care” is used loosely and is distinct from emergency services. If your pet needs immediate medical help, please contact our preferred emergency providers: VCA West LA at 310-473-2951 or ACCESS Veterinary Medical Group at 310-558-6100.
What it is
Elite Veterinary Care’s Concierge Service allows quick and unlimited access to Dr. Kent for an annual retainer fee.
Cost
To retain membership, the cost is $2500 per pet per year. Paid in full in advance of initiating the concierge service.

Monthly Benefits
Live Video Evaluations: Dr. Kent will meet with you once a month on Zoom with an evaluation of your pet's progress in changes of condition.
Photo Evaluations: Concierge members can submit photos twice per month to be evaluated by Dr. Kent for changes in your pet's condition. This is also especially helpful for senior pets.
Monthly benefits as a concierge member are especially helpful for senior pets **who require more intensive monitoring as a result of age-related illness and changes.
Other Benefits
Priority Customer Support: Dr. Kent is not always available to immediately return client's calls and texts. As a Concierge member, Dr. Kent guarantees a response to all phone calls and texts within 60 minutes between 9 am and 9 pm.
Priority Booking: Concierge members are guaranteed an appointment slot within 48 hours of their request at the earliest possible time of day.
Emergency Visit Follow-Up: Dr. Kent will refer you to emergency and specialty practices when necessary and will personally follow up on those visits with you.
Prompt Prescription Refills: Concierge members are guaranteed prescription refills within 2 days of their request with option of delivery.
